Where do you deliver and on what days?
Starting 27th April 2021 we will be delivering throughout the Melbourne Metropolitan area (up until then we only delivered to the eastern suburbs). Visit the Delivery Areas section of this website to see what day we deliver to your suburb.
When is the order cut off time?
Online order cut-off is 7pm on Monday for Tuesday and Wednesday deliveries, and 7pm on Wednesday for Thursday and Friday deliveries.
How many days prior to delivery can I order?
You can place an online order up to 8 days prior to your delivery day.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order online using VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal
Do you charge for delivery?
We charge a delivery fee of $6.60 for deliveries in the Eastern Suburbs, $9.90 for the rest of Melbourne.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is $35 plus the delivery fee.
What if I’m not home when you deliver?
Many of our customers are not home when we deliver. Let us know where you would like us to leave your order in the event that you are not home.
Do I need to create an account to shop at your online store?
You can browse our store without creating an account, but to place an order you’ll need to create an account. It enables us to keep in touch with you about the status of your order as well as show you your last order.
Where do you get your fruit and vegetables from?
We purchase all of our fresh produce from the Melbourne Wholesale Market in Epping (this market is not open to the public).
Do you buy overseas produce?
We only purchase overseas fruit if there is no Australian alternative. Any item sourced from overseas will be clearly labelled underneath the photo of the item in the online store.
